Lynnwood’s Parks and Recreation Program offers;

places for play or rest and provides a connection with nature, neighbors and your community. With your support, the Foundation provides scholarships for low-income youth, seniors and disabled adults to participate in a wide array of programs. Along with our community’s commitment to conservation and preservation of natural areas, open space and historic structures, you can support any variety of capital improvement projects from building new picnic shelters and playgrounds to establishing new community gardens.

​The Lynnwood Parks & Recreation Foundation accepts charitable bequests. Interested individuals may designate a specific dollar amount in their will; however the Foundation may not accept any tangible asset, such as a piece of property or stocks.

​Types of donations:
General Donations would be a legacy left to the Lynnwood Parks & Recreation Foundation designating a specific dollar amount.

Specific Donations would entail leaving a designated amount for a designated purpose.
(i.e., park maintenance, Community Events, or the Recreation Benefit Fund.)
